These terms govern your use of WINDSONG ACADEMY's services and enrollment in our programs.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling your child at WINDSONG ACADEMY or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enroll or use our services.
These terms apply to all families, students, and visitors to our facility and website.
2. Enrollment and Admission
Enrollment Process: Admission to WINDSONG ACADEMY is subject to completion of our enrollment process, including application, interview, and acceptance.
Age Requirements: Children must meet the age requirements for their respective programs as outlined in our admissions materials.
Health Requirements: All children must provide current immunization records and health forms as required by Pennsylvania state law.
Non-Discrimination: WINDSONG ACADEMY admits students regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, or gender.
3. Tuition and Fees
Payment Terms: Tuition is due according to the payment schedule outlined in your enrollment agreement. Late payments may result in additional fees.
Registration Fees: Non-refundable registration fees are required upon enrollment and annually thereafter.
Additional Fees: Additional fees may apply for extended care, field trips, special programs, or materials as outlined in your enrollment agreement.
Refund Policy: Tuition refunds are subject to the terms outlined in your enrollment agreement and applicable state regulations.
4. Attendance and Withdrawal
Regular Attendance: Regular attendance is expected for optimal learning outcomes. Please notify us of planned absences.
Sick Policy: Children who are ill must stay home to protect the health of other children and staff. Specific illness policies are outlined in our parent handbook.
Withdrawal Notice: Thirty (30) days written notice is required for withdrawal from our programs. Tuition obligations continue through the notice period.
5. Behavior and Discipline
Positive Guidance: We use positive guidance techniques consistent with Montessori philosophy to help children develop self-discipline and respect for others.
Behavioral Expectations: All children are expected to treat others with respect and kindness. Persistent behavioral issues will be addressed through collaboration with families.
6. Health and Safety
Emergency Procedures: We maintain comprehensive emergency procedures and conduct regular drills. Emergency contact information must be kept current.
Medical Care: In case of injury or illness, we will provide basic first aid and contact parents immediately. For serious emergencies, we will call 911.
Medication Policy: Medication administration requires written authorization and proper labeling as outlined in our health policies.
Allergies: Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions. We will work with families to ensure a safe environment for all children.
7. Parent Responsibilities
Communication: Parents are expected to maintain open communication with staff and promptly respond to requests for information or meetings.
Pick-up and Drop-off: Children must be signed in and out by authorized individuals only. Late pick-up fees may apply.
Personal Items: Please label all personal items. WINDSONG ACADEMY is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
Respectful Behavior: All family members are expected to treat staff, other families, and children with respect and courtesy.
8. Limitation of Liability
WINDSONG ACADEMY's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage and follow all state licensing requirements.
Parents acknowledge that participation in school activities involves inherent risks, and they assume responsibility for their child's participation.
9. Changes to Terms
WINDSONG ACADEMY reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Families will be notified of significant changes with reasonable advance notice.
Continued enrollment after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
